Our grandkids puppy - MILO!
My bark sounds a little -- ok, well -- a lot deeper, lol!
About midway into our wonderful visit with family and friends, I picked up a horrible cough and now sound like a barking dog! We cut our visit to our daughter and family short and came home. There's no place like home - especially when feeling sick. As this is NOT the flu, I'm just resting, drinking lots of fluids, and taking my extra vitamins to help my body fight this thing! I seem to get one of these every 3-4 years it seems! This too shall pass and I'll hopefully be back at work next week!
Thanks for your thoughts and prayers during our time away!

Dear Karin keep up the fluids and gargle and rinse out the nostrils and wash your hands and all the good things I know you are doing. I have had the allergies and scratching throat etc, but no flu. I am staying close to home and my grands are all older and not snotty like the littles some times.

Sorry to hear that you had to cut your visit short, Karin, but I understand. Last year when I was with friends at Tybee Island, GA, I got a stinkin' old cold and felt miserable the entire time. All I wanted to do was to go home and get in my own bed. It was a horrible trip for me.. SO--I do understand.
Cute little doggie... Was he afraid of YOUR bark????? ha
Welcome home though. I missed you.
Hugs,
Betsy

Hope you can get that barking problem under control soon. We've been experiencing a lot of it around here and I don't just mean from Pepper!
That's a cute little puppy your grandchildren have. :)
I'm sorry to hear about your cold and I hope you are soon feeling better. Your grandchildren have a cute puppy.
Hope you feel better soon. You are so right...if you have to feel bad there's no place like home.
Glad it's not the flu! Hope you are able to get lots of rest and are feeling better again soon.
