I didn't know Alberta based the coming of spring on the deer. Here in the USA our our weather officiando is the groundhog. (Big day tomorrow!)
Btw, that's some deep snow.
And where exactly do the deer go when they leave for the winter? Never mind. I think I know the answer already. They stand outside my front door and stick their tongues out while saying "Nyah, nyah!" at Pepper each evening. lol
Oh okay ~ so the picture is not real? Cause I'm sitting here thinking how in tis world are those deer blazing a trail through that snow - of course I am naive and gullible. You got me. Blessings ~ Cathryn
Through all the circumstances of life, the mountain-top experiences and the deepest valleys, I have found Jesus Christ to be the same. HE is all I need! As He lives His life IN me to achieve His Will, I am totally amazed that He can work THROUGH me at the same time. I want to be a shining example of His love and grace to others.
The love of my life, Peter, died in May of 2013. I am mother of 3, mom-in-love of 3, grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 2, sister, cousin, aunt, niece, colleague and friend. Did I forget one, lol?? I am blessed beyond expectation. Updated 2020.
What an honor it is to receive awards and tags from fellow bloggers! I'm grateful and thankful for all those who have sent one along my way. But, and you knew there would be a but, didn't you, I have deleted all those I have received and have decided to not participate in any more. I simply feel that it would be another thing with which I need to keep up - and that would be self-inflicted pressure I can't handle. I can't even keep up with writing and posting as much as I would really like. I love READING your blogs and sometimes making a comment, much, much more than I love writing anyhow! Thank you so much for your understanding, support, kindness, and bloggy love I've been shown! God bless! Hugs, Karin

Happy Groundhog day to all the USA friends!
This photo came in an e-mail entitled 'A Little Saskatchewan Humor'. I laughed so hard! Enjoy!

That picture doesn't look that encouraging!
I never really thought about deer fleeing the cold. I guess I've always lived too far south!
They look like they are swimming.
