Hope your Thanksgiving holiday was good with family and friends. I always think the Canadian Thanksgiving is in November as well...every year it surprises me. (c: So much to be thankful for ....no matter what our circumstances are. God is good ALL the time and worthy of our praise! Hope you are having a good week!
I enjoyed and appreciate all of your recent expressions of thanks! Your grateful heart spreads much cheer and encourages us to be thankful! I'm glad you had a safe trip to see your family, and I hope your stay is a happy, memorable one. We will going to our younger son's home in a few days to see three of our grandchildren be baptized . . . and for this occasion I am very grateful!
Through all the circumstances of life, the mountain-top experiences and the deepest valleys, I have found Jesus Christ to be the same. HE is all I need! As He lives His life IN me to achieve His Will, I am totally amazed that He can work THROUGH me at the same time. I want to be a shining example of His love and grace to others.
The love of my life, Peter, died in May of 2013. I am mother of 3, mom-in-love of 3, grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 2, sister, cousin, aunt, niece, colleague and friend. Did I forget one, lol?? I am blessed beyond expectation. Updated 2020.
What an honor it is to receive awards and tags from fellow bloggers! I'm grateful and thankful for all those who have sent one along my way. But, and you knew there would be a but, didn't you, I have deleted all those I have received and have decided to not participate in any more. I simply feel that it would be another thing with which I need to keep up - and that would be self-inflicted pressure I can't handle. I can't even keep up with writing and posting as much as I would really like. I love READING your blogs and sometimes making a comment, much, much more than I love writing anyhow! Thank you so much for your understanding, support, kindness, and bloggy love I've been shown! God bless! Hugs, Karin

Can you tell me about Thankgivings? Is it a national day? Or a spiritual day?
