A TRUE DUCK STORY

Pic is from the blog

A dear friend sent me this story on the e-mail.
I googled it and came up with this link!
Enjoy!
I didn't have time to read the rest of the blog yet......

Isn't that a sweet photo, Karin???? Mama and babies---following right behind. I love it!!!! Didn't find the link to the story--but I'm sure it is a great story.
Hugs,
Betsy

I've made the word link larger and bolder now. I wish I knew how to underline! It's a sweet story and I enjoyed it!

This has immediately reminded me of a mother duck and her 1 baby which I "owned"... one day it was just the mama left...all she did the whole day was call out for her baby...it made me cry.

I used to watch them swim together over the lake in my grandmom and papap's backyard, everyday. And then to see just the mama left...made me very sad.

But then about a few days later, they were reunited! :)

I saw a TV story about this duck family, but it didn't have the details that your link provided. It's a great story, and the family portrait is wonderful.
