WHY NOT.....

WHY NOT...

Love intently

Respect mutually
Appreciate deeply
Give generously
Receive graciously
Smile naturally
Encourage eagerly
Forgive immediately
Pray unceasingly
Help diligently
Prepare thoughtfully

Think thoroughly
Laugh joyfully
Trust appropriately
Bless continually
Wait patiently
Serve gladly
Live purposefully
Choose wisely
Act authentically
Hope expectantly
Speak kindly
Nurture lovingly
Disciple devotedly
Fellowship faithfully
Lead effectively
Listen compassionately
Counsel carefully
Work willingly
Tell truthfully
Plan prudently
Preach passionately
Rest reasonably
Teach intelligently

Discuss skilfully
Drive defensively
Sing harmoniously
Play happily
Age gracefully
Die peacefully

You have it ALL covered!! Some of these are hard, and some not, but these are all such good goals!! Would be good to look it over, see what we need to work on, and keep those on the fridge as reminders.

Good question.

Have you thought about having your poems published? They are very good.

Always lifts my spirits to visit Karin. Today, our painter was discussing respect (or lack of) from neighbors who stereotype. I shared with him neighbors who once poked fun of my visually impaired mother. We all need to remember to speak kindly, respect one another and have compassion for each other.

I think I'll join those who have said this deserves a spot on the refrigerator door.
Thank you for the birthday wishes.

Amen! Sounds like a winner to me. I think I'm somewhere between the age gracefully and die peacefully these days :-)

An interview with a woman who survived our earthquake said she screamed so loudly that her rescuer was afraid he might drop her.

I wonder if those who died in the earthquakes in Nz and Japan were peaceful

@ Ann - I gave your question some thought and very strongly feel that those who lives are hidden in the Lord died peacefully in their spirits, even though it was horrifically, untimely, and tragically in the physical. Thanks for raising the question!

Thanks, Karin, for your helpful answer to Ann's question. That will be an answer I will keep and return to when I have questions like Ann's.
